This addendum is to establish a second Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting to be held for bidders on September 9, 2022 at 1:30pm at the NC Transportation Museum at 1 Samuel Spencer Dr, Spencer NC 28159. Interested subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend.
Bidders who attended the first Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on August 30, 2022 will not need to attend this second pre-bid meeting.
