Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 6, 2022 by the NC Department of Administration / State Construction Office in Raleigh NC, in the large conference room 450A-2 of the State Construction Office, 301 N Wilmington St., Ste 450, Raleigh, NC 27601 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of The Elevator Modernization of the East Passenger Elevator of the Archives Library Building. Bids will be received for Single Prime. All proposals shall be lump sum.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Tuesday, September 20 at 2:00 pm, in the auditorium of the Archives Library Building, 109 E. Jones Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. A tour of the project areas will be part of the pre-bid meeting. Follow current CDC guidelines for Covid-19 protocol.
