Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is requesting proposals from qualified consultants with extensive experience conducting rate studies and economic impact studies for water and wastewater utilities to perform a Water and Sewer Rate Study & Economic Impact Study for the CFPUA.  The Studies are dependent on (i) a parallel study addressing the feasibility of consolidation between CFPUA and the Town of Wrightsville Beach, (ii) grant funding for the consolidation study, and (iii) the scope of services described herein.

It is anticipated that this study will be funded with Federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (“ARPA”) funds through the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (“NC DEQ”) State Reserve for Study/Planning Grant.  Federal terms and conditions will apply.
