Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is accepting bids for the Twin 24-inch Raw Water Transmission Mains Replacement. Scope of work includes replacing the existing twin 24‐inch raw water transmission mains (RWTMs) between Toomers Creek and North Terminal Road with a new 30-inch main (approximately 8,200 LF). Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: $11,500,000. – $11,600,000., and this project is receiving SRF funding from the NCDEQ.
