RFP: Janitorial Service Water Treatment Divisions

The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which
to contract for the following services:

Janitorial services, the scope of service shall encompass providing janitorial services at
three (3) facilities as listed in Section 1.4 of this RFP at intervals as defined herein. The
Scope of Services shall be in effect for three (3) years commencing upon the City’s
Notice to Proceed. Through contract Amendment, this Scope of Services may be
extended by two (2) concurrent one-year extensions as mutually agreed by both parties
