UPDATE: Pictures have been loaded into the files. There is going to be a sub contractor site walk opportunity being scheduled. There is supposed to be an addendum this Friday that lists the time, once received I will post that information.
UPDATE: A site visit has been set up by the architect. February 21, 10am-12pm. The site will be open to subcontractors at this time.

UPDATE: Everyone,Please see addendum 4 in the files. As of yesterday afternoon, the bid for this project has been pushed to 3/15/23. I will update the info page to reflect this as well. There are no new plans or updates, only an extension of the bid date.
If you have already sent me pricing I have it, if you need to update it before the new bid date you can resend it.
UPDATE: We were notified from Hobbs Architecture this morning that the courthouse will be open for contractors to walk this Friday, 3/10/23 at 11am.
Unfortunately I will not be able to make this walk, but it is open for any contractor who wishes to walk.
UPDATE: Addendum 5 has been posted to files. It is only two pages long and has a few electrical questions answered.
