Dellinger, Inc. is soliciting bids from bonafide Minority, Women, Underutilized Business Enterprise, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and Small Business subcontractors and suppliers for the above referenced project and the listed disciplines below. Plans and specifications are available at iSqFt, Dodge, and the link on the email below. Please respond by emailing, calling, faxing, or mailing your intentions to quote as soon as possible. The scope of supply should be received in our office no later than 24 hours prior to bid. Final pricing should be received a minimum of two (2) hours prior to bid time. Scopes and final pricing can be faxed to (704) 289-8217 or emailed to marie@dellinger-inc.com.
Please be aware that it is the standard policy of Dellinger, Inc. to require subcontractors to provide acceptable payment and performance bonds. However, we are willing to review each subcontract on a case by case basis. A valid insurance certificate will be required showing Dellinger, Inc. as an additional insured on a primary basis for general liability coverage for ongoing operations and for completed operations. Dellinger, Inc. has a quick pay policy once the work has been reviewed and approved by the Owner. The subcontractor shall comply with applicable safety laws, rules, and regulations (Federal, State, Municipal, etc.).
