Seminole, OK – Relocate Taxiway A – Phase 1 (22002)

The Relocating Taxiway A – Phase I project includes multiple project components: New construction of the relocated asphalt parallel Taxiway A (South Half); the demolition and removal of two (2) Box Hangar foundations and two (2) T-Hangars (foundation and buildings); demolition of a parking lot and existing retaining wall, and construction of a new retaining wall.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn prior to October 15, 2023.

For all delivery methods other than USPS, proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Sharon Emmitt, City of Seminole, Department of Community Development, 401 N. Main Street, Seminole, Oklahoma 74868, and labeled in lower left-hand corner:

All proposals delivered using USPS shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Sharon Emmitt, City of Seminole, Department of Community Development, PO Box 1218, Seminole, 74818-1218, and labeled as described above.

A printed bid set is $235.00 plus applicable sales tax.

A set is also available for download from this site in PDF for $177.00 plus applicable sales tax. Downloads do not include addenda, they are all available on the “Addenda” tab of this page. Once payment is secured, you will receive an email that your files are ready to download from your account.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.

Online orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available at no additional charge. Shipping, if required will be charged. Contact your local Duncan-Parnell office to request a printed set of addenda files. Addenda notifications are sent via email from the mail account of “addendaNotification@dpibidroom.com” and could be flagged as spam by your company network firewall.
