Project Scope:  Base Bid – The removal and replacement of existing air handling units (AHU-1 and AHU-2) including associated piping, piping accessories, controls, and necessary electrical power.  Add Alternate – The replacement of the existing hot water heating boiler, hot water heating pump, and all related hot water piping specialties.

Mandatory Pre-bid meeting:  Thursday, April 28th, 2022 at 2:00pm on site at the project site.  4021 Carya Drive, Raleigh, NC  27610.

In-Person Bid Opening:  Tuesday, May 10^th at 2:00pm.  Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC  27601.

Bid bond is required.

Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
