Greensboro, NC – PTI Rental Car Lot Repaving (20210696.01.RA)

This project consists of approximately 10,200 SY of asphalt pavement milling; 8,300 SY of full depth reclamation with cement stabilization; 1,900 TN of bituminous asphalt surface course; pavement marking; and other incidental items necessary to complete the project in the rental car quick turnaround facility parking lots.

Bid Security equal to 5% of the total Bid is required in the form of a cash deposit or a Bid Bond. Contract Security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No Bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days.

Questions relating to the Contract and Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to the Engineer at bwilliams@wkdickson.com no later than Monday, July 25, 2022 at 5:00 PM.

Each Bidder must be properly licensed under Chapter 87, General Statutes of North Carolina (G.S. 87-15). Each Bidder shall certify, by submission of a proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal department or agency or the State of North Carolina.

The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or to reject any or all Bids and to award or refrain from awarding the Contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the Authority’s best interest.

The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that with respect to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

Please note that partial purchasers will not be considered plan holders and will not receive notifications of Addendum. However, Addenda will be available for viewing in the project posting.

Please note that only registered plan holders may bid as a General Contractor.

Once payment is secured, you will receive an email that your files are ready to be downloaded from your account.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.

ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available at no additional charge. Shipping, if required will be charged. Contact your local Duncan-Parnell office to request a printed set of addenda files. Addenda notifications are sent via email from the mail account of “addendaNotification@dpibidroom.com” and could be flagged as spam by your company network firewall. To prevent not receiving timely notification of these addenda, please contact your company Information Technology Manager and ask that he “white list” the domain of dpibidroom.com to prevent emails from being captured.
