Please be advised that Haren Construction Company, Inc. is planning to bid the Oxford, NC – WWTP Improvements project.  We plan to subcontract out the following areas of work:

Electrical, Rebar Supply/Installation, Concrete Formwork, Painting, Erosion Control, Hauling, and Sidewalk.

We ask that you please assist our firm in soliciting M/WBE firms by hanging this letter in your office or plan room and/or forwarding this out to your known M/WBE firms.

Also, if you could direct me to a list of certified MWBE firms that have email address it would be a great help. We have an online plan room which they could have immediate access to the plans and specifications.
