Notice to Bidders: Sealed bid will be received by Mr. Will Putman, NCCAT Main Lodge, 276 NCCAT Drive, Cullowhee, NC 28723 (Ph. – 828.293.5202). Bids will be opened at and read aloud immediately thereafter. All proposals must demonstrate compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law, including MBE, verification and other requirements.
Plans & Specifications may be examined through iSqFt or other forms of electronic media.

The work consists of the following: Dormitory Window Replacement: Removal of existing window units, patio doors, and glazing in existing HM door systems. Installation of new windows, patio doors, hm door glazing, door hardware, and blinds. Alternate work includes additional blinds, draperies, and the replacement of 2 skylights at the main building on campus.
Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for the work described above and detailed in the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, including addendums, if applicable.
