NCDOT DIVISION 3 LETTING Project that Bids September 22, 2022 at 2:00pm

 New Hanover County – DC00406 Grading, Paving, Drainage & Pvt Markings

We will be receiving subcontract quotations from subcontractors and suppliers interested in performing various scopes of work on the above referenced project.  We are soliciting quotations from all interested parties and will give consideration to all qualified and reputable subcontractors and suppliers.  We urge Certified Minority (DBE, WBE, and MBE) participation.  If you qualify as a certified minority business, please designate that status on your quotation.  Even if you do not qualify as a certified minority please submit your quotation for full consideration.  All quotations will be reviewed for responsiveness, price, and ability to perform the required work.  You may review the plans and specifications in our Eastover, NC office located at 2031 Middle Road, Eastover, NC 28312 (by appointment only).  Plans are also available at the NCDOT Division Office at:  5501 Barbados Blvd., Castle Hayne, NC 28429 for DIVISION 3.

Please detail your bond cost as a separate item in your quotation if your quote exceeds $50,000.00.

PROJECT # 2 New Hanover County – Please have your quotations emailed to our office no later than September 21, 2022 at 12:00 PM.  We will accept modifications to your quote up to September 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM.

If you have any questions or if we can assist you in:  obtaining bonding; obtaining lines of credit or insurance; obtaining equipment, supplies, materials, or related services or assist you otherwise in preparation of your quotation please let us know.  We can provide quick pay arrangements in certain situations.  Work items can be subdivided into economically feasible work units to assist you in being competitive with your proposals.  We ask that all Non-DBE / MBE / WBE subcontractors and Suppliers also make every effort to utilize DBE / MBE / WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers to increase our overall participation from certified DBE / MBE / WBE firms.
