Sealed proposals for the site development associated with the Mobile pad and additional parking at Shepherds Elementary in Mooresville NC for the Iredell Statesville School System, Statesville, North Carolina, will be received at Iredell Statesville Schools Facilities and Planning Office at 350 Old Murdock Road, Troutman, NC by Scott Hager, Director of Construction.
Completion date shall be discussed with awarded contractor at time of contract signing. Time of construction is a material consideration on the aforementioned project and liquidated damages will be applicable per the specifications for the project. The work shall consist of site development work including demolition of existing paving, storm drainage and concrete. New grading, storm drainage, erosion control, curb and gutter, and sidewalks as shown in the approved plans. The project is located at 1748 Charlotte Hwy, Mooresville, NC 28115. Access to the site is by appointment only and must be schedule with ISS. Proposals will be accepted for the complete lump sum site development depicted on the contract documents.


A printed bid set is $63.00 plus applicable sales tax.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available at no additional charge. Shipping, if required will be charged. Contact your local Duncan-Parnell office to request a printed set of addenda files.
