Kannapolis, NC-Ruth Avenue Sidewalk

Ruth Avenue Sidewalk – The installation of 650 linear feet of concrete sidewalk and curb. Replacement of approximately 300 linear feet of 2” water main. Approximately, 600 linear feet of road repair/widening to tie into the new curb. The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment, and materials for the installation; having the location and grade of the proposed sidewalk staked prior to the start of construction; grading to allow for sidewalk installation and proper drainage on both sides of the proposed sidewalk per the approved plans; backfilling seed and straw after installation of sidewalk and undercutting areas of soft material as directed by City of Kannapolis inspector.

Downloads do not include addenda, they are all available on the “Addenda” tab of this page. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued. It is the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.
