The University of North Carolina is advertising a project that includes providing the infrastructure for new parking access and control equipment at 6 parking facilities across campus. The project is now out to bid and your site is listed on the Notice to Bidders to have the construction documents. Please use the links below to access the construction documents and distribute them as requested by potential bidders.
Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00pm on August 31, 2022, in Magnolia Room (100A) in the Giles Horney Building – 103 Airport Drive, Suite 220, for the construction of the removal of the existing parking access and revenue control (PARC) equipment, selective demolition of curbs / pavement / electrical infrastructure, installation of new curbs, and installation of new infrastructure for updated PARCS equipment being provided by Skidata, at 6 parking facilities across the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina known as the UNC PARCS Improvements project 19-21349-02A, at which time and place bids will be opened and read.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Craige Deck, Manning Drive Acces of UNC’s Campus on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 10:00am.

During normal office hours after July 28, 2022 with a Plan Deposit of $350 or downloaded digitally at no cost. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
Bid Addendum #1 for the above referenced project can be accessed in the link below. Please note, the bid opening is scheduled for next Wednesday, 8/31 at 3:00pm in the Magnolia Conference Room in the Giles Horney Building on UNC campus.
