The Project consists of construction of approximately 6,800 linear feet of 27- inch thru 36-inch gravity sanitary sewer, 3,450 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sanitary sewer, and 650 linear feet each of 18-inch force main and 16-inch waterline, including four linework crossings of Catawba Creek plus the decommissioning of an existing wastewater pump station.

Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.

ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION
Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available at no additional charge. Shipping, if required will be charged. Contact your local Duncan-Parnell office to request a printed set of addenda files.
