Sealed bids from licensed contractors will be received by Durham Public Schools, Durham, North Carolina on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, for the following bid packages.
· 05x – Miscellaneous Steel – Site
· 07t – Fireproofing
· 09q – Fluid Applied Flooring
· 10d – Signage
· 10g – Partitions
· 14c – Elevators
Proposal will include furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the Murray-Massenburg Elementary School. Bids will be received up to 1:00 PM from prequalified subcontractors. Submit all bids in-person at Durham Public Schools Office located at 2107 Hillandale Road, Durham, North Carolina 27705 the day of the bid or to the LeChase Office at 324 Blackwell Street Suite 130, Durham, NC 27701 prior to the bid. Bids will be publicly opened at 1:00 pm at 2107 Hillandale Road, Durham, NC 27705.
