Project Description – Includes renovating a shop building to add meeting rooms, office spaces, and restrooms in the basement and on the 1^st floor.

Scopes of work needed include: cleaning, demolition, concrete, masonry, masonry restoration, structural steel/misc. metals, architectural woodwork, waterproofing/sealants, roofing, ACM panels, framing and drywall, doors, frames, and hardware, glass and glazing,  ACT, flooring, paint, signage, roller window shades, elevator, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
