Project: NCSU Partners III Lab 167, 169, 169A Renovation

**Sub Walkthrough – 1/29/2025 at 1pm

Bids Due – 2/11/2025 at 5pm

Project Description – Renovate lab to enable installation of cryostat & control unit in 169A & create closet with sound dissipation material in 167 to hold the compressor & gas handling system. Elevate sections of ceiling to accommodate lab equipment. Remove island casework in 169. Extend chilled water loop from to new closet. Install new LED lights.

Scopes of work needed include Cleaning, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Drywall/Framing, ACT, Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
