Project Description – Renovate break room & conference room into 2 staff offices & student lounge for Goodnight Scholars transfer students. New suite entrance doors with glass panels or add glass to exist’g. Replace carpet, ACT, cabinets. Add uc fridge outlets.

Scopes of work needed include: Final Cleaning, Demo, Casework, Doors & Hardware, Framing & Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Carpet, Painting, Signage, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Fire Alarm.
