Tri-State Utilities, LLC (TSU) is seeking subcontractor /material pricing from North Carolina certified Minority and Women Business Enterprises for the following. Scope of work includes 8-inch diameter gravity sewer to be rehabilitated using cured-in-place lining; rehabilitation of existing manholes using calcium aluminate cementitious lining systems, other manhole rehabilitation work including, but not limited to sand blasting, patching voids and all frame connections with non-shrink grout flexible chimney seals; traffic control; and bypass pumping, and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. The project bids 10/02/24 at 2:00 PM. TSU will provide plans and specifications via email per contact information provided. TSU may be able to break down elements of work in economically feasible units, assist in obtaining same unit pricing, provide quick pay agreements for owner inspected and accepted work, and to negotiate.
