RFQ – Design Build Services for Drinking Water Extensions in New Hanover County

Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) intends to procure a qualified Design-Builder (DB) to provide design and construction services to construct water mains and install water services in residential areas within New Hanover County.
CFPUA was awarded funding for this project from the Drinking Water/Wastewater State Reserve as established in Session Law (S.L.) 2023-134.
