Dear Contractor:
SAK Construction, LLC is seeking Minority and Woman Business Enterprises (MWBE)
for the Raleigh, NC Crabtree Creek Interceptor Rehabilitation project. The project bids on August 4, 2022 at 2:00 PM local time. All negotiations must be completed by August 3, 2022.

- Open Cut Sewer Point Repair
- Manhole Construction
- Manhole Replacement
- Manhole Rehabilitation
- Inverted Siphon Box Rehabilitation

- Temporary Access Road Construction & Removal
- Silt Fence/Tree Protection Fence
- Erosion and Sediment Control
- Bypass Pumping
- Traffic Control

Bidding Documents may be examined at Engineer’s office and at: ConstructConnect, online; McGraw Hill Dodge Company, online; Construction Journal, online; and NC Institute of Minority Economic Development (a.k.a. The Institute), online. Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained by registering at the office of the Engineer. Electronic documents will be provided for a fee of $50. If desired, hard copies may be obtained at the office of the Engineer upon providing a $300 non-refundable fee for each set of Bidding Documents.
