High Point, NC – Setliff Drive Storm Drainage Improvements
Work under this contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials for the construction of storm drainage improvements on the properties of 4502 Setliff Drive, 4505 Calabria Court, and within the existing right-of-way of Setliff Drive. This project will include the installation of approximately 265 lf of ADS N-12 HDPE Pipe within a residential neighborhood and approximately 50 lf of 24” RCP within the roadway of Setliff Drive. Minor pay Items related to construction include the installation of grated inlets, rip rap, grading, concrete driveway replacement, asphalt replacement, tree removal, pipe removal, and seeding of the yards. The Contractor shall perform the work in accordance with the lines, grades, and dimensions shown in the drawings and described in the contract documents, or as modified by written orders. The Contractor shall perform such special, additional, extra, and incidental work that is necessary to complete the work to the full intent of the approved plans, specifications, and Contract documents. The work under this contract shall include all implements, machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, and labor necessary for construction of the storm drainage improvements.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.

Online orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available at no additional charge. Shipping, if required will be charged. Contact your local Duncan-Parnell office to request a printed set of addenda files.
