Skanska USA Building, Inc.  is currently seeking to pre-qualify principal trade and specialty contractors for the WCPSS Baucom Elementary Replacement project.  Firms interested in the project are required to submit project specific prequalification forms.  The deadline for submission of prequalification forms for the Early Procurement packages is August 15, 2022.

This includes the following packages: 02A-Building Demo/Abatement; 03A-Building Concrete; 05A-Structural & Misc Steel; 07B-Roofing; 08C-Glass&Glazing; 22A-Plumbing; 23A-Mechanical; 26A-Electrical; 31A-Sitework & Utilities. The remaining packages will be prequalified later.
