Tri-State Utilities, LLC is currently seeking qualified Virginia SWaM, MBE, DBE, WBE subcontractor’s and supplier’s participation in connection with its bid for the following project:

Project:  Annual Renewable Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract For Maintenance and Repairs of Storm Drain Systems.

Trades Needed:  Services to include removing and replacing of curb and gutter/sidewalks/aprons, ditch cleaning, tree removal, storm drain repairs, sheeting and excavation work, asphalt milling / paving, pavement striping, landscaping, seeding, erosion control devices / installation, heavy equipment rentals, bypass pump rentals, scuba diving services, traffic control equipment / services, pipe grouting materials and services.

Tri-State is willing to debundle or resize project components to allow for small business participation. Tri-State is willing to negotiate assistance in bonding, insurance, equipment, supplies and other assistance to facilitate SWAM participation.

Negotiation of Quick pay and financial assistance is available to qualified firms for owner approved work and services needed.
