We will be accepting Subcontract Quotes on the following:
Concrete Demolition, Finishing and Forming, Hauling-stone, Hollow Core Pre-cast, Masonry, Painting, Rebar Installation, and Roofing.
Please submit PROPOSALS BY November 1, 2021. Please include a copy of your certification with your quote.
We encourage and solicit HUB Certified MBE/WBE firms and intend to seriously negotiate for project participation and are willing to review any responsible quote and negotiate terms. Bidders must comply with Executive Order 11246 and 11375, section 109-Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Section 504 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, Davis Bacon Act, Federal Labor Standards Provisions, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act Provisions, Lead-Based Paint Regulations, Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment, and Debarment and Suspension-Executive Orders 12549 & 12689. MBE/WBE participation goals are 10% pursuant to NCGS 143-128. A Drug Free Workplace and Non-Discrimination Workplace Policy are required. Quick pay agreements will be provided to meet cash-flow demands.
