Ulliman Schutte/ Neuse River RRF Bioenergy Recovery Project- Sidestream Treatment

Ulliman Schutte Construction, LLC is planning on bidding the following project, Neuse River RRF Bioenergy Recovery Project- Sidestream Treatment located in Raleigh, NC. The project bids on June 21 and has an estimated value of $30 million with a contract duration of 920 calendar days.

Solicitation of participation by Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE) is a requirement of this project.  Accordingly, our company is soliciting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers on this project.  We are requesting your organization’s assistance to us in contacting qualified MBE/WBE companies that would be interested in bidding work on the above project.

MBE/WBE Subcontractors are encouraged to bid as a joint venture/consortium if portions of the work are too large for a single company. Subcontractors are also encouraged to review the documents and break down or combine elements of work into economically feasible units to allow subcontractors to bid portions of the project comfortably and competitively.

We are requesting quotations for work under the following specification divisions or any section of a division:

USC does not require bonds for contract amounts below $50,000 and is willing to provide assistance in procuring bonds and insurance upon request. Joint pay agreements to aid in securing credit and quick pay agreements to meet cash flow demands are available for qualified MWBE businesses.
