2022 KITCHEN REPAIR PROJECT

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on January 12, 2022 by Wake County Public School System Facilities Design and Construction, 111 Corning Road, Suite 190 Raleigh, NC 27518. Bidders, or their representative, and other interested persons may view the bid virtually.
The project includes excavation and installation of new foundation underpinning micropiles at selected interior and exterior wall and column areas. The work includes masonry, flooring, sidewalk, and sealant repairs.
Bidding Documents include this Invitation to Bid, Form of Proposal, sample contract, and associated forms and requirements. The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract. Each Bidder by submitting their Bid represents that they have read and understood the Bidding Documents and their Bid is made in accordance therewith; and the Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Bidding and Contract Documents; that they have visited the site, have familiarized themselves with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed herein, and has correlated their observations with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents.
