PHASE III 2022 WATERPROOFING REPAIR PROJECT

MOORE SQUARE MAGNET MIDDLE SCHOOL

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on January 13, 2022 by Wake County Public School System Facilities Design and Construction, 111 Corning Road, Suite 190 Raleigh, NC 27518.  Bidders, or their representative, and other interested persons may view the bid virtually.

The project includes installation of new through-wall flashing at selected wall areas and re-installation of waterproofing at roof-top patio area.  The work includes masonry repair and replacing sealants.

Bidding Documents include this Invitation to Bid, Form of Proposal, sample contract, and associated forms and requirements.  The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids.  All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract.  Each Bidder by submitting their Bid represents that they have read and understand the Bidding Documents and their Bid is made in accordance therewith; and the Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Bidding and Contract Documents; that they have visited the site, have familiarized themselves with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed herein, and has correlated their observations with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents.

April 22, 2022                                        Notice to Proceed

July 11, 2022                                        Substantial Completion

August 12, 2022                                    Final Completion
