WCPSS Mills Park Elementary Boiler Replacement
Scope: Replacement of condensing boilers, domestic water heater, heating water and chilled water pumps, hydronic specialties, and piping, along with supporting electrical work.
Pre-bid meeting: Tuesday, April 15th at 2:00pm on site at Mills Park Elementary. 509 Mills Park Drive, Cary, NC 27519. Meet at front entrance of school and we will all walk to boiler room together.
Bid Opening: Tuesday, April 29th at 2:30pm in person at WCPSS Facilities Design & Construction Office, 111 Corning Road, Suite 190, Cary, NC 27518
Bid bond is required.
Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
