An Equal Employment Opportunity Contractor\, NC General Contractors # 7706 Will Consider All Quotes Regardless of Race\, Color\, Religion\, Sex\, or National Origin and is Soliciting Bids for M/WBE Participation. \nWe would appreciate a quotation from your firm for any and all work and/or materials on the following project: \nProject Name:  Rockingham County – MSW Landfill Phase 5 Expansion \nBid Date: Friday\, October 17\, 2025 @ 10:00 AM \n Please provide your proposal by: 10-16 @ 5:00 PM \nWe are soliciting subcontract bids for the following trades. Work may include\, but not limited to: Pipe Work\, Stormwater Pipe Systems\, Stone\, Stone Surfacing\, Rip-Rap\, Hauling\, Clearing & Grubbing\, Erosion and Sediment Control\, Traffic Control\, Concrete Work\, Cast-in-Place Concrete\, Surveying\, Asphalt Materials\, Seeding\, Mulching\, Topsoiling\, Earthwork\, Site Work\, Rock Removal\, Geo-Textile\, Specialties\, Quality Control/Quality Assurance\, Drainage Layer (Aggregate) Landfill Gas System\, Construction Facilities & Temp. Controls\, Grading/Excavation\, Guardrail\, Trenching/Backfilling & Compacting\, Precast Concrete Utility Structures\, Mechanical\, Liner System/Compacted Soil Liner\, Leachate Collection & Removal System\, Leachate Storage Tank Containment & Loadout\, Access Roads\, Test Pad\, Run-on & Run-off Control Systems\, High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipe & Fittings\, Leachate Force Main\, Pumps\, Hydrostatic Testing\, Textured Geomembrane\, Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) along with any incidentals and materials necessary for construction to complete the project. \nThe work in this contract consists of the following:  Erosion and sedimentation controls; • Construction of one (1) sediment basin; • Modification of two (2) existing sediment basins; • Earthwork; • Site preparation & clearing; • Unclassified excavation; • Placement of structural fill; • Construction of low-permeability soil liner; • Construction of a composite liner system; • Culverts installation; • Access roads construction; • Leachate collection and conveyance system construction; • Leachate tank concrete containment area construction; • Leachate loadout construction; • Riser\, pumps\, and concrete sump headwall construction; • Stormwater conveyance channels; and\, • Seeding and Revegetation. \nAll construction shall be performed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. \nThe work performed under this Contract shall include\, but may not be limited to: the furnishing of all labor\, materials\, equipment and services\, whether specifically mentioned or not\, that is required to complete the Construction of the Work of the project.
