SUMMARY:Method Community Park Improvements
DESCRIPTION:The Project consists generally of the following major items:\nExterior restoration of building envelope. New accessible front Pioneers Building entry preserves\nexisting historic stoop. Updates to building systems to support new and existing primary function\nof programmed spaces\, including electrical\, mechanical\, IT\, AV\, fire alarm\, security\, and\nplumbing. Interior renovations provide new finishes throughout\, as well as acoustic enhancements\nin the multi-purpose room. Existing history room to receive new exhibit content. Multi-purpose\nspace has alternate to install raised access flooring which would eliminate need for interior\nramping for accessibility and provide underfloor building systems distribution. Base bid and\nalternate designs are provided for the history room and catering kitchen. The building will be fully\nADA compliant following renovation.  Sitework will include a new playground\, splash pad\, parking\nlot rework\, parking lot lighting\, irrigation\, stormwater treatment and service upgrades.
