DESCRIPTION:Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons\, Inc. An Equal Employment Opportunity Contractor\, NC General Contractors # 7706 Will Consider All Quotes Regardless of Race\, Color\, Religion\, Sex\, or National Origin and is Soliciting Bids for M/WBE Participation.\nWe would appreciate a quotation from your firm for any and all work and/or materials on the following project:\n \nProject Name: Crooked Run Creek/Farm Pump Station Upgrade and Force Main Replacement\n \nBid Date:  Thursday\, January 8th\, 2026 at 2:00 PM\n \nPlease provide your proposal by:  Wednesday\, January 7th\, 2026 at 5:00 PM\n \nThis project consists of upgrades to the pump station including new pumps\, electrical equipment\, piping\, gallery\, flow meter\, new mechanical bar screen\, the installation of approximately 120 LF of 24” PVC Gravity Sewer\, 15\,372 LF of 18” PVC Force main and 6\,952 LF of 20” PVC force main.\nWe are soliciting subcontract bids for the following trades. Work may include\, but not limited to: temporary bypass watering\, manhole protective coating\, chain link fencing\, plug valves\, parshall flumes\, cast in place concrete\, demolition\, clearing and grubbing\, erosion control\, site grading\, asphaltic concrete paving\, sanitary sewerage collection\, electrical\, submersible pumps and controls\, crushed stone paving\, washer compactor\, mechanical bar screen\, dewatering\, excavate backfill for structures\, trenching and backfill\, jack and bore\, along with any incidentals and materials necessary for construction to complete the project.\nThe work performed under this Contract shall include but may not be limited to the furnishing of all labor\, materials\, equipment and services\, whether specifically mentioned or not\, that is required to complete the Construction of the Work of the project. Lynch & Sons\, Inc. will provide Joint Check Agreements to all M/WBE subcontractors. Please request a Joint Check Agreement in writing. We will work with you and the material vendor to develop a Joint Check Agreement to satisfy all parties.\n \n Quick Payments:  It is Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons\, Inc. policy to provide Quick Payments to all M/WBE subcontractors.
