An Equal Employment Opportunity Contractor\, NC General Contractors # 7706 Will Consider All Quotes Regardless of Race\, C \nolor\, Religion\, Sex\, or National Origin and is Soliciting Bids for M/WBE Participation. \nWe would appreciate a quotation from your firm for any and all work and/or materials on the following project: \nProject Name:  Davidson County –Southmont Community Center Mass Grading \nBid Date: Tuesday\, February 3\, 2026 @ 3:00 PM \nPlease provide your proposal by: 2-02-26 @ 5:00 PM \nWe are soliciting subcontract bids for the following trades. Work may include\, but not limited to: Piping & Valves\, Water Distribution System\, Storm Drainage\, Wastewater Collection System\, Utilities\, Earthwork\, Hauling\, Rip Rap / Stone\, Clearing & Grubbing\, Soil Erosion Control\, Site Clearing & Grading / Site Preparation\, Quality Control / Testing Services\, Grassing / Topsoiling\, Blasting\, Drainage and Excavation along with any incidentals and materials necessary for construction to complete the project. \nThe Scope of Work to be performed under these Contract Documents is generally described as follows: The Project includes improvements to an approximately 361-acre parcel in Davidson County\, North Carolina. The contract is for an early site work package for approximately 134 disturbed acres. Scope shall include but is not limited to site preparation for all fields\, driveways\, roads\, parking areas\, building pads\, and outdoor water park. Sediment and erosion control measures\, storm drainage infrastructure\, sanitary sewer and water line installation shall be installed in accordance with the bid documents. \nThe work performed under this Contract shall include but may not be limited to the furnishing of all labor\, materials\, equipment and services\, whether specifically mentioned or not\, that is required to complete the Construction of the Work of the project.
