An Equal Employment Opportunity Contractor\, NC General Contractors # 7706 Will Consider All Quotes Regardless of Race\, Color\, Religion\, Sex\, or National Origin & is Soliciting Bids for M/WBE Participation.\nWe would appreciate a quotation from your firm for any & all work &/or materials on the following project:\nProject Name: Avante Subdivision Sanitary Sewer Outfall\n \nBid Date:  Tuesday March 2\, 2026 @ 2:30 PM\n \nPlease provide your proposal by:  Monday March 1st\, 2026 @ 5:00 PM\n \nThe Project Description is as follows: Installation of ~8\,913 LF of 18” and 24” Sanitary Sewer pipe and appurtenances to serve the Avante Subdivision.\nWe are soliciting subcontract bids for the following trades. Work may include\, but not limited to: tie into wet well\, bore & jack\, venting outlets\, manholes\, permanent seeding\, clearing & grubbing\, silt fence\, mobilization\, grading\, temporary construction entrance\, silt fence\, silt fence store outlets\, wetland restoration\, protective fencing\, excelsior matting\, sanitary sewer\, temporary fence removal\, demolition of existing building\, 57 washed stone\, trench rock\, hauling\, sanitary sewer testing\, vacuum test manholes\, televising sewer main\, tracer wire\, construction staking\, construction as-built\, platting along with any incidentals & materials necessary for construction to complete the project.\nThe work performed under this Contract shall include but may not be limited to the furnishing of all labor\, materials\, equipment and services\, whether specifically mentioned or not\, that is required to complete the Construction of the Work of the project.
