SUMMARY:Method Community Park Improvements Project
DESCRIPTION:Exterior restoration of building envelope. New accessible front Pioneers Building entry preserves\nexisting historic stoop. Updates to building systems to support new and existing primary function\nof programmed spaces\, including electrical\, mechanical\, IT\, AV\, fire alarm\, security\, and\nplumbing. Interior renovations provide new finishes throughout\, as well as acoustic enhancements\nin the multi-purpose room. Existing history room to receive new exhibit content. Multi-purpose\nspace has alternate to install raised access flooring which would eliminate need for interior\nramping for accessibility and provide underfloor building systems distribution. Base bid and\nalternate designs are provided for the history room and catering kitchen. The building will be fully\nADA compliant following renovation. Sitework will include a new playground\, splash pad\, parking\nlot rework\, parking lot lighting\, irrigation\, stormwater treatment and service upgrades.

SUMMARY:Hertford WWTP Rehabilitation
DESCRIPTION:The project will consist of the rehabilitation and replacement of multiple items at the Hertford Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Work at the headworks will include replacement of the grit removal system\, one (1) influent pump\, one (1) VFD\, and modifications to the associated electrical. The oxidation ditch modifications will include concrete rehabilitation of the structure\, as well as replacement of three (3) mud valves\, three (3) knife gates\, three (3) sluice gates\, a weir gate\, and a rotating plate weir. The oxidation ditch will also be fitted with two additional catwalks to allow for maintenance of the brush aerators. Modifications to the splitter box will include the replacement of all three (3) of the slide gates. The telescoping valve in the sludge holding basin will be removed and replaced. The fine bubble aeration system will be replaced in the aerobic digester. At the chlorine contact basin and effluent pump station the disc filters will be removed\, the two (2) slide gates will be replaced\, three (3) check valves will be replaced\, one (1) effluent pump\, three (3) VFDs\, and the associated electrical. SUMMARY:ONWASA Dixon WTP Brine Tank Replacement
DESCRIPTION:The project will consist of removing and replacing the existing brine tank #1 and connecting\nto existing piping. The existing tank site glass and level control assembly will be reused on\nthe new brine tank. The new brine tank shall be completely automatic and self-contained\nsalt storage and salt dissolving unit for producing fully saturated brine from rock\, solar or\nevaporated salt products capable of producing 20 to 35 gallons per minute of saturated brine\nflow under normal operating conditions. To minimize disruptions to ongoing plant operations\,\nthe awarded Bidder shall procure and secure delivery of the tank prior to initiating any\nconstruction activities on the project site. Due to the anticipated long lead time associated\nwith tank fabrication\, the awarded Bidder shall proactively coordinate with ONWASA and\nthe Engineer to provide routine updates on procurement activities\, manufacturing progress\,\nanticipated delivery dates\, and schedule impacts to ensure alignment with the overall project\ntimeline. Upon delivery of the tank to the project site\, ONWASA will accept and approve\npayment for the tank\, and the Contractor shall commence construction activities on the first\ncalendar day following delivery and shall diligently prosecute the Work to completion. All\nWork shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days following delivery of\nthe tank to the project site.
