Bell Construction Co., Inc. is seeking competitive sub-contract bids from qualified sub-contractors for the PARKERTOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EARLY PROCUREMENT PACKAGES. Project location; Mooresville, NC
This project bids Thursday, December 11th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. est. Sub-bids are due for review to Bell Construction Co., Inc. on Thursday, December 11th, 2025 no later than 10:00 a.m. est. Interested subcontractors must be certified HUB, MBE, WBE, DBE, etc. certified. Contract documents are available for review upon request and/or can be shipped to interested sub-contractors. Trades include, but may not be limited to: Temporary construction fencing, asphalt paving package, and construction of potable water well.
