The City of Charlotte, NC, is accepting bids on this project on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 2:00 pm. The scope is Sanitary Sewer lines with UV Cured-in-Place -Pipe lining, Access/Tree removal, Manhole Rehabilitation, Manhole Removal/Tops, Cones, Risers, Lateral lining & replacement, Bypass Pumping, Pavement and Asphalt repairs.

Insituform Technologies, Inc. is bidding as a general contractor on the project listed above. We are soliciting subcontract bids from certified MBE/WBE/DBE firms in the following areas:

* Cleaning/CCTV

* Manhole -Rehabilitation

* Manhole Removal/Tops, Cones, Risers

* Access, Tree Removal

* Bypass Pumping

*Pavement and Asphalt repairs
