Please find attached a pdf file that is a Feb 17^th Competitive Bid for either:

Delivery of Armored Submarine 34.5kV electric cable @ 2,000 linear feet (or)
Installation and Delivery of Armored Submarine 34.5kV electric cable @ 2,000 linear feet.

The construction site for delivery, installation, or both is located the north end of Ocracoke Island. I am happy to assist any of your subscribing contractors should a visit to the construction site be helpful for a response to the RFP on February 17, 2026.
