Our firm is considering submitting a bid for JOHNSTON COUNTY 210 WWTF WATERLINE project that bids on Thursday, February 12, 2026 by 5:00 P.M. We are particularly interested in receiving minority subcontract and material supply quotes on or before February 11, 2026 in our office on any of the following items of work; or other contract items of interest to your firm:

Directional Drilling
Surveying
Asphalt/Concrete Pavement Repairs
Supplier of Materials for Project Construction
Or any other items that may be ofInterest to your firm.
Plans and specifications for the project and specifically for the items listed above are available in our office via email and are open to public inspection at the office of JOHNSTON COUNTY PUBLIC UTILITIES, LAND USE CENTER, 309 E. MARKET STREET, SMITHFIELD, NC; on-line on our website at www.johnstonnc.com, and through the following plan rooms: iSqFt.com, Hispanic Contractors of the Carolinas (HCAC), Carolinas AGC (CAGC), CMD, Bid Clerk, McGraw Hill Construction (dodge.construction.com), Construction Journal (ConstructionJournal.com), and Construction Data Company (CDC).
