Our firm is considering submitting a bid for the Nash County Central Nash Water Supply Improvements Project that bids on Tuesday February 24th, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. We are particularly interested in receiving minority subcontract and material supply quotes on or before February 23rd, 2026 in our office on any of the following items of work; or other contract items of interest to your firm:
Description
Erosion Control Items
Clearing & Grubbing
Seeding & Mulching
Chain Link Fencing
Trucking/Stone Hauling
Utility Construction
Horizontal Bores
Directional Drilling
Surveying
Electrical
Pump Station
Asphalt/Concrete Pavement Repairs
Supplier of Materials for Project Construction
Or any other items that may be of Interest to your firm.
The Project includes the following Work:
1. Water Supply Well, including site work, water treatment building, well pump, chemical feed equipment, and appurtenances
2. Approximately 1,000 LF of 12-inch PVC water main and appurtenances
3. Approximately 1,050 LF of improving existing farm drive to a gravel drive from a width of 10 feet to 26 feet
Plans and specifications for the project and specifically for the items listed above are available from our office via email, The Issuing Office and Owner’s Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, Dodge Construction (Online), and Construct Connect (Online).
If it will facilitate your opportunity to perform work on this contract, we would be willing to consider your quotation on a smaller quantity of any of the above listed items. We would be willing to assist you in obtaining any bonding or insurance requirements in connection with this project.
