Loving Company (NC General Contractor License No. 325) is seeking certified DBE, MBE, and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Phase 1 Water Distribution Package 1 and 2 project for Grays Creek Water and Sewer District in Cumberland County which bids on April 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
