We will be accepting Subcontractor Proposals on the following:
Concrete Forming, Concrete Repair, Doors, Electrical, Erosion Control, HVAC, Masonry, Painting,
Rebar, Roofing, SCADA, Seeding, Steel Erection, Windows, Dumpsters and Portable Toilets
Please submit PRICING QUOTES BY May 4, 2026.

We encourage and solicit HUB Certified MBE/WBE firms and intend to seriously negotiate for project participation and are willing to review any responsible quote and negotiate terms. Bidders must comply with Copeland “Anti-Kickback” Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act, Debarment and Suspension, Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Executive Order 11246 and 11375 in order to ensure equal opportunity. MBE/WBE participation goals are 10% pursuant to NCGS 143-128. A Drug Free Workplace and Non-Discrimination Workplace Policy are required. Quick pay agreements will be provided to meet cash-flow demands.
