Loving Company (NC General Contractor License No. 325) is seeking certified DBE, MBE, and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Hertford Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation project for the Town of Hertford which bids on September 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Potential subcontracting opportunities include but are not limited to surveying, demolition, clearing and grubbing, hauling, earthwork, erosion control, seeding, sodding, electrical, SCADA, bypass pumping, dewatering, CIPC, concrete forms, concrete rebar, and painting.
