PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovation of a recreation facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility. Sealed proposals will be received from general contractors by the City of Greensboro for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering the Steven Tanger Center for Performing Arts Founders Room Renovation Project. The work includes but is not limited to the renovation of an existing office space into a new bar and lounge for the Founders. The area will feature a new bar, catering counter, lighting, upgraded finishes, and new furniture.
