Messer Construction Co. is requesting proposals for labor and material on the following project:

NCSU COE Growth – Phased Renovations – 1st Floor Research Building IV

Due Date, Time, and Location for Bids

· Subcontractor bids are due to Messer Construction on September 23nd, at 3:00 PM.

· We are requesting bids by this time in order to:

o Ensure we receive them and contact you with any questions ahead of the deadline

o There are numerous forms that are required to be filled out with our bid
