Project Description
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCAT) is soliciting the services of a qualified and licensed contractor to provide parking lot rehabilitation service in compliance with State and Local government statutes and code.
Project Scope
This project will consist of the resurfacing of the existing B-1 and S-1 Parking Lots located east of Barbee Hall. The existing asphalt is to be milled and removed with new asphalt being resurfaced and restriped on the parking lot.
Project Schedule
Services will be completed by December 20th, 2025.
Project Team
The selected firm with work through the following entities:
• North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (Owner)
• Surface 678 (Designer)
Bid Process
Contractors must assure receipt of proposals at the address listed on the signature block by 3:00pm EST, October 29, 2025. Immediately thereafter the bid will be publicly opened and read.
In order to be considered, the bid package must include:
1. MBE Documentation – Affidavits A, B, and C
2. Bid Acceptance Form
3. Bid Bond Form
4. Contractor License Number
Contractor Selection Process
The selection committee will review bids and select the lowest bidder.
