University of NC Chapel Hill Campus Wide Repairs

The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill is bidding a Single Prime contract for the ‘University of NC Chapel Hill Campus Wide Repairs’ project. The project Includes exterior repairs to four buildings on campus, including Hooker Research Center, New East, New West, and Playmakers Theater. Repairs to include removal and replacement of brick, refurbishment of historic woodwork, application of roof coating and repair of exterior plaster.
A virtual meeting will be held at 1 pm on Oct. 14, 2025, to answer questions Link: (Join the meeting now) and on Oct. 15, 2025, at 10:30 am, a walk-through of the 4 sites beginning at Michael Hooker Research Center, 135 Daud Street, Chapel Hill.
Bids are due by 2 pm on November 5, 2025, to Magnolia Conference Room, Giles Horney Building, 103 Airport Road, Chapel Hill.
